Joy, a graduate of Texas A&M University’s Construction Science program, founded the company to fulfill the needs of financial institutions in regard to real estate and construction lending. She has over 25 years, of experience in construction loan consulting and reporting that benefit the lender/owner and reduce the risk associated with projects during all phases of construction including. Prior to Seigga Group, she worked for national construction consulting firms providing services for lenders and other real estate clientele. Project experience ranges from commercial office buildings, distribution centers, restaurants, multi-family, retail centers, healthcare facilities, and land developments throughout the United States. As CEO/President, Joy is still very involved in the day to day projects as well as the company growth and management.

With more than twenty-five years in the construction and real estate industry, Matt has had the opportunity to be involved in all aspects of a project. Managing projects from inception to completion for a wide spectrum of project types, has allowed Matt to progress into the leader he is today. This unique climb has given him an important perspective on how to be a servant leader to others and ensure the organization maintains a “relationship first” mentality. Matt is a graduate of the Texas A&M University Construction Science Program. He also received his Masters in Business Administration from Regis University. As a managing partner at Seigga Group, Matt oversees the day-to-day operations, involved in projects, company initiatives, and company growth.

Kelli joined our team in 2023 and brings over 25 years of experience in helping grow and manage small and large companies and brands. She helps in identifying growth and expansion opportunities while building brand recognition in the marketplace. Her experience on both the customer and client side is key in seeing and managing all sides of the business and also in helping support with project management and day to day business. She is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Business Administration and a minor in Marketing.
